The College of Nursing Faculty of Kidapawan Doctors College Inc. proudly presented their research study during the 10th Mindanao Research Convention held at The Farm, Koronadal, South Cotabato last October 10, 2025.

Representing the Faculty Category, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟.𝐌𝐲𝐫𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐚 𝐑𝐍,𝐌𝐀𝐍 , one of the esteemed nursing faculty members of KDCI, presented her research study entitled “Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Commitment among Nurses in Selected Private Hospitals in North Cotabato.”

Her dedication and scholarly excellence shone through as she earned 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 in the Poster Research Presentation during the said event.

This achievement was made possible through the active support and guidance of the KDCI Research Head, 𝐌𝐬.𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐏𝐓, whose leadership continues to inspire faculty members in advancing a strong culture of research and innovation.

This milestone reflects KDCI’s commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 – Quality Education, by promoting research-driven learning and excellence in nursing scholarship. It also aligns with SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among academic institutions and research communities.
