ย

Proving that this summit wasnโ€™t just about sitting through lectures, but a preparation for a new wave of passionate changemakers ready to serve beyond themselves.
ย
The leadership training featured dynamic sessions from six speakers, focusing on both ethical mindsets and practical student governance. The morning session opened with Mr. Rey Alvin B. Lumayonโ€™s seminar on Servant Leadership, followed by Mr. Jhairus Maverick O. Antaticoโ€™s interactive simulation of Parliamentary Procedure with the Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers, while Ms. Zeddy Kate E. In the afternoon, Mr. John Mark I. Bautista clarified event paperwork by distinguishing Minutes of the Meeting, which records what happened during a meeting, from Resolution Making, which records what the organization decided, while Mr. Joemari Diado provided a step-by-step roadmap for student organization accreditation and renewal workflows. Lastly, Dr. Lovella Faith B. Diez addressed financial mindsets through relatable money-handling scenarios, leaving student leaders with the timeless reminder that "๐‘ฌ๐’•๐’‰๐’Š๐’„๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ณ๐’†๐’‚๐’…

After the discussions, it was followed by a team-building activity featuring five unique challenge stations scattered around the venue. Each station was packed with laughter, interactive puzzles, and friendly competition, which tested their core traits as a true leader. As the teams cheered each other on, they had to use deep resilience, wisdom, and real-life problem-solving skills to conquer the games.
ย
Before the day ended, the event proved to be an absolute success. The student leaders left the hall not just exhausted from the games, but genuinely happy, deeply connected, and armed with practical skills for the upcoming school year. They arrived as representatives of individual organizations, but they walked out as a unified front of Knights, ready to serve their campus with fresh purpose and unmatched integrity.
