Kidapawan Doctors College, Inc. (KDCI) conducted a National Service Training Program (NSTP) Seminar for all NSTP students at the KDCI Social Hall on September 18, 2026, focusing on strengthening the youths’ commitment to volunteerism.
 
Carrying the theme, “𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞,” the activity highlighted the potential of young people to make a difference through service and active participation in society.
 
Resource speakers Ms. Karen Michie T. De Guzman and Mr. Zyke Addrianne S. Muyco discussed the importance of volunteerism among the youth and encouraged students to become more involved in activities that benefit their communities.
 
The seminar was more than just a discussion, as it also emphasized civic responsibility, community involvement, and the role of the youth in nation-building—values that KDCIans can apply in their future endeavors.
