In line with its commitment to academic growth and research development, the Kidapawan Doctors College, Inc., through the Research and Publication Office, spearheaded a Research Capacity Training on June 4, 2025, held at the KDCI Social Hall.

 

The one-day training aimed to enhance the institution’s research culture by equipping faculty and research stakeholders with effective strategies in research advising and paneling. The event brought together members of the Academic Faculty and Staff, Ethics Review Board Committee, Research Advisers, and Panelists, all united by a shared goal of elevating research standards at KDCI.

 

Gracing the training was esteemed academician 𝘿𝙧. 𝙍𝙝𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙖, who served as the resource speaker. She focused on best practices and key techniques in research mentorship and evaluation, emphasizing the critical role of research advisers and panelists in guiding students toward scholarly excellence.
