In celebration of Mental Health Month, the Radiologic Technology community proudly launches Radiant Talks: Season 2, a meaningful initiative dedicated to promoting awareness, understanding, and care for mental health. This new season creates a safe and open space where students and faculty can pause from their busy routines and engage in conversations that truly matter.

As academic responsibilities, clinical duties, and personal challenges continue to shape student life, prioritizing mental wellness becomes more important than ever. Radiant Talks aims to remind everyone that mental health is not a secondary concern—it is an essential part of overall well-being and professional growth.

For this season, the program features its first guest, Ms. Donna Mae Alejo, RPm, who shares valuable insights on how individuals can nurture their mental wellness in everyday life. Through her expertise, she discusses practical ways to manage stress, develop healthy coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. The session encourages self-awareness and emphasizes the importance of seeking support when needed.

More than just a discussion, Radiant Talks: Season 2 Episode 1 serves as a reminder that it is okay to rest, recharge, and reach out. In a field that demands both technical excellence and compassionate patient care, maintaining a healthy mind allows future healthcare professionals to serve with empathy and clarity.

As the Radiant community continues to grow and shine, may this initiative inspire everyone to cultivate balance, extend kindness to themselves, and radiate positivity in every aspect of life.
