The program served as a mental health symposium featuring meditation, personal sharing, and a panel discussion. It aimed to bring light amidst darkness and remind participants that they are not alone, but rather ๐™จ๐™š๐™š๐™ฃ, ๐™๐™š๐™–๐™ง๐™™, ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™ซ๐™–๐™ก๐™ž๐™™๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™™.
